As a child I often dreamed of wonderful adventures in the wilderness, I craved to experience the mystery and power of mother Nature. And now I feel that it is my responsibility to pass this love of Nature on to our son.
Last weekend we made a trip to Fort Ross. This historic place is located about 130 miles (200 km) to the North-West from us, and is known as the southernmost settlement in the Russian colonization of North America in the 19th century.
On the weekend of 21-23 of December 2007 we made our first all-family trip to Santa Barbara. We enjoyed Santa Barbara Mission, botanic gardens, the wharf and the views of the State street decorated for Christmas.
A bit of new (and not so new) photos here and there in our family album.
New photographs are here! Beautiful Pacific beaches, old lighthouse, surfers at sunset, Santa Cruz at night and more.
Starting a new album in Marik's collection.
Starting to fill in a new photographic album in Marik's section, now for his 10th month.
I haven't posted any photographs of Marik since June. He has made a lot of progress since then. He is now crawling, wall-walking, managing single steps, spreading fruit puree all over his smiling face, chasing Bright and doing a lot of other funny stuff. Here are the seventh, eighth and ninth month albums to demonstrate that!
At last, a few photographs from our yacht cruise with Taya, Lesha and Anya in July 2007.
Photographs from our recent trip to Hawaii.
Marik's 5th month album is now officially closed and we start the new one.
Several updates in Marik's 5th month album.
