Browsing the Urban Legends Reference Pages a few days ago I stumbled across an article about an oldest lightbulb (manufactured in 1901) which is still burning. The most surprizing thing about this lamp called the Livermore's Centennial Light is that it's located in Livermore, California - a mere 34 miles away from our place. There is even a live web-cam on the Internet which observes this remarkable light bulb.
