UNESCO Moscow, has recently issued the Russian translation of a Handbook for quality in cultural Web sites: improving quality for citizens, prepared by Minerva Europe (MInisterial NEtwoRk for Valorising Activities in digitisation) project. The publication covers the following topics: identification of user needs, contents and quality criteria for cultural Web applications. The handbook was first published in 2004 in the English language.
